Appraisal & Process
How does the buyback process work?
Our five-step process: 1. Contact — phone, Instagram, or bring items directly 2. Appraisal & estimate — we inspect and discuss pricing 3. Agreement & ID check — approve the amount and present photo ID 4. Weighing & inspection — scales or quantity count 5. Payment — cash on the spot.
Do you offer on-site pickup?
On-site pickup is available for three item types only: tire wheels, automotive batteries and catalytic converters. For other items, please bring them to our yard. Feel free to ask by phone or Instagram.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring photo ID (driver’s license, residence card, etc.). Payment is basically cash on the spot; a personal seal or thumbprint is required on receipt. Corporate clients may also choose bank transfer (no seal needed).
Are appraisals and estimates free?
Yes, completely free. Just send photos and quantities via Instagram DM and we'll reply with a rough estimate.
Hours
What are your hours and closing days?
We are open Monday–Saturday, 8:30–18:00, closed Sundays. We generally operate on public holidays, but close for extended breaks (Golden Week, Obon, year-end/New Year). See our News page or Instagram for the latest schedule.
Do you close for lunch?
Our lunch break is 12:00–13:00, but staff are always on site, so bring-ins and unloading are possible during the break as well.
Access
What is the difference between your two locations?
Our Head Office (344-0002, 995-1 Hikago, Kasukabe, Saitama) is the main buyback yard where bring-ins and primary operations take place. The Second Office (344-0032, 5-11-20 Bingohigashi, Kasukabe, Saitama) is dedicated to online sales of used tires and alloy wheels.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Saitama (Kasukabe, Koshigaya, Soka, Saitama City and more) and the wider Kanto area including Ibaraki, Tokyo, Chiba and Kanagawa.

What items do you buy?
Please see our Buyback Items page for the main categories. Items not listed may still be sellable — feel free to ask.
Do you buy washing machines?
We’re sorry — we do not buy household appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators or TVs, nor furniture. If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, please ask in advance.
Do you buy gold or precious metals?
We’re sorry — we do not buy gold or precious metals. We specialize in scrap metals such as iron, copper and aluminum.
Do you buy tableware or ceramics?
We’re sorry — we do not buy tableware or ceramics.
Do you buy speakers or audio equipment?
Generally these are outside our scope, but some audio gear (amps, speakers) may qualify depending on the item. Please ask individually.
Payment
Do you buy from individuals?
Yes, individual customers are very welcome. Please bring photo ID (e.g. a driver’s license) and a personal seal when you visit.
How do you pay?
As a rule, we pay in cash on the spot after appraisal. Bank transfer is also available on request.
Do you work with companies?
Yes, we have extensive experience with corporate clients. For regular collection or bulk bring-in terms, please consult us individually.
Languages
Is it OK if I don’t speak Japanese?
Absolutely. Our multilingual staff can assist you in Japanese, English, Urdu and Persian — in person at the yard or via Instagram messages.
